There is a certain time in the morning
when the light drifts through the window,
spilling little shafts of illumination.
In it's bright beauty
I am thankful for this time
and a new day.
My submission for Illustration Friday and the word

This made me say WOW so loudly! Stunning piece, Ellen.

I gave my friend her King and Queen raven prints I bought on Etsy. I had them framed with a double mat and a vintage looking moulding. She adores them!

Ellen, Love the lighting you achieved with this watercolor. Great color combo, so vibrant. And the angle of seeing the scene is refreshing from the norm. ~Pamela

Thanks for all your visits and kind comments..I had a large show several years ago whre I exhibited 21 paintings in the 30 x 40 range...They were big! This was one from the show, one that I particularly liked the light and the "moment"
